We designed this rub for the beautiful and elegant beasts that roam the hills and the glens.

It looks like colours of purple heather and marries well with all forms of game we have tried it on.

Beautifully balanced and aromatic flavours. Hints of juniper, citrus, berries, rosemary & thyme with pepper and mustard. Delicious results in the slow cooker or on the grill.

Perfect on steaks, venison casseroles, pheasant, grouse and rabbit.
