1. General Information

1.3 Product descriptions, features, and specifications listed on the Website are provided for information purposes only and may not represent an exhaustive list of features. Vulcan Outdoor Living reserves the right to change or update product specifications without prior notice.
1.4 All prices displayed on the Website are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the prevailing UK rate.
2. Orders and Purchasing
2.1 To purchase items on the Website, add products to your basket and proceed to checkout. You may register for an account or check out as a guest.
2.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal details, billing addresses, and shipping addresses are correct. Items will be shipped to the shipping address provided unless otherwise instructed.
2.3 By proceeding with checkout, you confirm your agreement to these Terms.
2.4 Delivery methods and costs are weight-based and will be displayed at checkout. Please review carefully before confirming your order.
2.5 Once your order is confirmed, you will be directed to our secure payment gateway to complete payment. Available payment methods include:
- Credit or debit card (via Take Payments or PayPal secure gateways)
- Bank Transfer
- Cash on Collection
- PayPal account balance
2.6 Once payment is completed, an invoice containing your unique Order ID will be generated and sent to you. This Order ID must be quoted in all correspondence with our staff.
2.7 In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend any order. If cancellation occurs, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
3. Cancellation
3.1 Customers may request cancellation of an order prior to dispatch.
3.2 If goods have already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and the customer shall be liable for any costs incurred by Vulcan Outdoor Living as a result.
4. Delivery
4.1 Standard delivery covers mainland UK. Shipping to the Republic of Ireland, Europe, USA, and other destinations is available by prior arrangement and quotation. For international delivery enquiries, please contact info@vulcanoutdoor.co.uk.
4.2 We aim to deliver orders within 7 working days of purchase, subject to availability. Backordered items may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Deliveries are made Monday–Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
4.3 Customers must ensure they are available to receive and inspect goods upon delivery. Please do not sign for or accept goods until they have been unpacked and checked in full.
4.4 Goods signed for as “clean” or “undamaged” will be deemed to have been received in satisfactory condition. If goods appear damaged, please sign as “damaged” and notify us within 24 hours at info@vulcanoutdoor.co.uk.
4.5 In the event of damage, we may request photographic evidence to support claims. The signed delivery documentation will form an essential part of any claims process. Failure to follow these procedures may affect your ability to claim.
5. Returns
5.1 We aim to supply goods in excellent condition. Defective or damaged items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
5.2 If you change your mind, goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
5.3 Customers must notify us by email at info@vulcanoutdoor.co.uk before returning any goods, stating the reason for return. Returned goods must include a copy of the delivery note or invoice.
5.4 Customers are responsible for return costs unless the goods are faulty or supplied in error.
6. Warranty
6.1 Products are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty as stated in the product documentation.
6.2 Warranties do not cover:
- Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather conditions
- Normal wear and tear
6.3 In particular, outdoor ovens must be stored correctly. Due to their stone-based construction, they may be susceptible to extreme cold. Customers are advised to store ovens or their stone components indoors (e.g., garage or shed) during cold weather and to use a weatherproof cover when not in use. Vulcan Outdoor Living reserves the right to refuse warranty claims for products left exposed to the elements.
7. Liability
7.1 Vulcan Outdoor Living shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, or business, arising from the use of our goods.
7.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any statutory rights afforded to consumers under UK law.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on this Website, including images, text, and product descriptions, remains the intellectual property of Vulcan Outdoor Living or its licensors.
8.2 Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
